Sep 2026–Present

Executive Strategic Advisor, Yugo USA

Supporting knowledge transfer and the transition following Centricity’s wind-down.

Before that

Centricity

President · Feb 2024–Sep 2026

Recruited as founding President to build a shared-services platform delivering accounting, HR, insurance and ancillary-revenue services to real estate operators, from concept through market launch.

Built the business

Led the build of the legal framework, org structure, commercial model and go-to-market approach. Reached profitability within two years of launch and sustained it.

Delivered business results ↓ Costs

Helped clients reduce health-insurance costs by roughly $700K in aggregate, property-accounting costs by roughly $500K, and property-insurance costs by 57% through strategic realignment.

Installed an operating system ↑ 10× pipeline

Implemented EOS. The sales pipeline grew 10x in five months, from $400K to $4M in pipeline value.

Led HR and growth at scale

My team supported HR for client companies ranging from 5 to 300 employees across multiple states, including about 2,500 hires in two and a half years.

Built the team

Hired and led a 51-person team across the U.S. and India, and promoted from within when leadership roles opened.

Led through transition

Managed a critical leadership succession with zero service disruption, then led Centricity through its wind-down after both parent companies were acquired. My team and I supported every client’s move to new providers and delivered final financials on the last day. Every client was successfully transitioned.

2003–2024

Campus Advantage

More than two decades of expanding scope: residence life → enterprise operations → learning → people & culture → new business creation.

2021–2024

Chief People Officer ↑ Engagement & retention

Built the organization’s first integrated People & Culture function, aligning HR, Learning & Development and Employee Experience under one strategy. Built the employee-experience function around engagement, feedback and recognition practices that strengthened community and retention across a distributed workforce, while partnering with executive leadership on organizational design through major transition, including the formation of Centricity.

2017–2021

Chief Learning Officer & SVP

Established the first enterprise Learning & Development function, created a national onboarding and training curriculum, and built a company-wide learning-management system for a large distributed workforce. Led the organization’s crisis response and communications through COVID.

2013–2017

Senior Vice President

Oversaw multi-region residence life operations and translated national strategy into execution across dozens of properties. Led a special international consulting engagement at Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, Russia.

2003–2013

VP & National Director, Residence Life ↑ Resident retention & renewals

Progressively built and led residence life operations nationally. Designed a student-success platform grounded in student-development theory, implemented across the national portfolio and in an international consulting engagement. Built a customer-service framework that increased resident retention and lease renewals, and created a strategic partner network that strengthened the resident experience.

The pattern

Build. Scale. Transform. Serve.

The titles changed. The work kept returning to the same place: make the organization stronger, make the experience better, and build the systems that let both scale.
