No developer. No coding background. A clear outcome, AI tools, iteration and a willingness to figure it out. I can’t code. I can define an outcome, iterate with AI and judge what comes back.
First, I want you to know me beyond my résumé.
Every part of this site, the questions you can ask, the way it’s organized, came out of conversations with AI. I described what I wanted, asked it to interview me, reacted to what came back, and kept going until it looked and worked the way I wanted.
I wanted to show a bit about who I am and how I work. I’m comfortable with technology as a tool. What I wanted to show is the ability to define an outcome, experiment, learn quickly and get something useful into the world.
The first version took a weekend. I have refined it since, including technical and design feedback from people whose judgment I trust.
Technology is a power tool, and the outcome is what matters.

This is genuinely what it looked like. Short, direct instructions, typed on my phone between other things, refined over a series of exchanges until the result matched what I had in my head.
You do have to get specific about the outcome, know how to judge what comes back and be willing to keep working the problem. That same pattern shows up throughout my career.
I’m willing to use unfamiliar tools and ask questions until I understand enough to make them useful.
I would rather build a working version, learn from it and improve it than spend weeks discussing the perfect theoretical version.
AI can create output quickly. The executive work is deciding what outcome matters, what is true, what feels right and what should be changed.
This site combines writing, design, AI, a knowledge base, security, hosting and storytelling. The value is in how the pieces work together.
Named after Jerry Maguire, he has exactly one client. The AI assistant on the home page uses a written knowledge base about my career, philosophy and voice. It is meant to be useful, a little playful and transparent about what it is.
Technology matters. Curiosity matters more. And none of it matters unless it helps create a better human or business outcome.
